Was told I had an appt Thursday afternoon by their office yesterday.  As of 545p.m. No one showed up or called.  When I called and got the woman "on call," she said she would find out where the tech is and call me right back.. Its 8:51.  Guess they're not coming, or letting me know.  Wish no stars was an option

I hired Georgia Mechanical two years ago to do my Preventative Maintenance after doing it myself for 20+ years.  They did an excellent job (I inspected their work after they left and it was done well).  I had a HVAC problem on a Sunday and because I am a PM customer they not only arrived within 3 hours but the hourly rate was the normal rate even on a weekend.  This spring I decided to change out my 20+ year old heat pump and once again used Georgia Mechanical.  They did a great job, the unit is so much better than what I had previously and the lower electric bills are helpful too.  Georgia Mechanical stands by their work 100%.  That means a lot to me.

I like the way Georgia Mechanical explains what they are doing and why.  The risk of not having their maintenance program is 'penny wise; pound foolish.'   Great knowing that they are proactive in caring for air conditioning/heating systems.    PS:  Their Facebook posts are worth checking out.

Just wanted to let you know that working with you guys was a very pleasant experience. The dehumidifier is doing its job and I appreciate the professionalism from sales to installation. You can count on hearing from us with regard to our maintenance needs both here and for the condo in Athens.
