These guys are now "Bite Squad" My first experience with BiteSquad Tampa was less than desirable. My order was originally estimated to arrive at 12pm. I received a call at 11:25 am telling me the driver was standing at the restaurant waiting and it would be approximately 25 minutes before he had the food. At 11:45am, the tracker hadn't changed and I hit the chat option. I was told the restaurant was having issues with the order but that the driver was waiting there. They gave a $15 BiteSquad credit to me for the next time I want to go through this. My food finally arrived at 12:45pm. I tipped the driver $10 and gave him another $5 to pay for parking. We then took our $105 of burgers and fries up to the office to pass out to everyone. 7 orders of cold fries, 7 cold burgers. I naturally left a Yelp review for the restaurant. I was contacted by the restaurant owner who said it was Bite Squad's fault. Bite Squad called me and said they were sorry and I had a $15 credit. We just microwaved the food and ate. Normally amazing Burger Culture burgers tasted less than stellar. All for the bargain price of $120. Never. Again

I have used this delivery service a few times now and i have never have any issues with them. Whenever i place orders with them they are always delivered within the given time frame and sometimes even sooner then expected, my food is never cold and i have never had a incorrect order. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and will continue to use them. For example i placed an order today from chili's at 1:00pm and the ETA was for 1:59pm, The Doorstep driver delivered my food at 1:30pm and was very nice!! Keep up the good work and if you are ever needing a food delivery service that does not cost an arm and a leg then i highly recommend them!!

I've used them a few times prior to tonight. I haven't had any major issues other than my food showing up later than expected but not too late. But tonight!? It is now an hour past when my delivery was supposed to be made. I had to call 6 DAMN TIMES JUST TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE!! No matter which option I pressed all it did was ring, ring, and ring. Then the machine greeting prompted again. When I finally got someone on the phone they told me "that the driver was at the restaurant still waiting for the food" a whole hour after my delivery time. And I couldn't even get a phone call or an email to let me know that there was a delay which she said "was due to the restaurant being busy." if that was the case why not let me know. Why do I have to call 7 damn times. Give me the courtesy and the option to either wait it out or cancel my order. Not FORCE me to be okay with you being late. I think this was the last time I am going to be utilizing them. Taught me a lesson about being lazy and just go get things myself.

This is the worst delivery option ever. I made an online order, I waited for like 20 minutes, I called the phone provided and they told me that the driver was on its way to pick up the food. I waited 20 more minutes and called again, they told me that the diver was in the restaurant. Then waited and waited and waited, I called again and they told me that the driver was on its way to get the food (which was a lie) and that it would take him a few more minutes (another lie). I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes, I called again and cancelled the order. They told me that they would not charge me for the delivery, I refused and cancelled the order. The service is awful and it is a waist of time, plus they do lie a lot to their costumers. I am pretty sure I will never use this service again in my life.

Everytime I order or use this company they deliver my food late. I had to call the restaurant to verify if my food was ready which it was. They blamed the restaurant for being busy.I call the company and they stated the drivers is there waiting outside. How would he know if my food is ready if he is outside. They really need to fix there process. Friendly staff but estimated pick up times are wrong. I waited for an Hour and 45Mins for my food.
