Cater Me Fit is a gourmet meal delivery service catering to the Tampa Bay area at large. With the ability to choose between a variety of meal plans such as the Paleo or Traditional plan, we accommodate all, from the professional athlete to the busy working mom. -Received multiple deliveries with our meals in brown paper bags with NO cooling pack. 
-There were many instances when we did not receive the amount of meals paid for. 
-Some days our deliveries would arrive sometime in the middle of the night after we had already gone to bed, leaving it to sit out all night. 
-Some days we never even received our deliveries. 
-I eventually was put in contact with one of the company’s sales people. He was very understanding and always helped me out gratefully. This salesman eventually left because he got fed up with the company’s careless and could no longer back their product. 
-I can count on two hands how many times I was on the phone with their only customer service rep, Trisha, trying to get all of this mess settled. I spent so much time calling this place that I just could no longer stand it. 
-There were several more small things here and there that ultimately pushed me to cancel my membership, but we definitely got tired of receiving the same few, unseasoned vegetables every couple of meals. 

Switched to meal prepping once a week, couldn’t be happier AND I’m saving money.

While the food was decent, delivery was nightmare. This was my only means of lunch and dinner while I had the service and I there were more times than not that my delivery arrived well after 11 pm or not at all and many times I was missing meals. Once it was delivered the next day, warm, containing shrimp!  And when I say warm I don’t mean freshly cooked!  While the concept is great, the food ok, the delivery and quality control leaves a great deal to be desired!

In less than a week I had received food that was freezer burned, missing items, and overcooked. I also received shrimp so rancid that my entire kitchen smelled after I put it in the refrigerator. I had my weekly cost refunded that week, only to receive rotten sugar snap peas and broccoli the following week. Needless to say I cancelled my service. The true kicker is the company has constantly been emailing me to request a review. Since no matter what I do, I can't seem to unsubscribe from their promotional emails, I decided to give them what they wanted.

The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and accessible. The food itself tastes great. Breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks.

The only thing that surpassed the quality of the food was they Awesome customer service!
A service like this is often overlooked when it comes to those being of service to the community.
