I called Dorothy's today to order flowers for a funeral that is on Tuesday, 9/06.  I wanted to order a spray and the lady told me there would be no way they could get a spray there because it's a holiday weekend and it takes a long time to make one.  She said no florists in Claremore are open on Saturday or on Labor Day. Then I said ok, can I get a basket on a stand delivered for Tuesday, she said yes.  I then started to tell her what I wanted written on the card and she said that's not the way the card should read.  At that point I really was frustrated with the poor customer service approach and told her that I would just call somewhere else.  If you are in a business to sell flowers you really need to give the customer what they are requesting, afterall the customer is paying for it.  I hung up and called Floral Creations and they were wonderful!  They said no problem on getting a spray there for the service Tuesday and that I can say whatever message I want to say on the card, EXACTLY!

Great service good price. Cheapest flower shop in town and have a big variety to choose from.
