Absolutely the worst customer service of any place that I shop on a regular basis! There are a few good employees that seem to appreciate the business and want to help with any questions or making sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience there. Chances are those few won't be working when you visit because there are so few. I truly on come to this Lowes in a must need situation.. Today while loading a table saw onto a cart, 3 men standing less than 10 ft away in plain sight were too busy talking about the bets they won or loss on the football games over the weekend to give a hand. 8 out of 10 trips into this location will result in the same kind of treatment. Also don't forget to take your phone in because if you have to ask someone a question about a product they are selling they are going to just google your question. So much for highly trained knowledgeable staff they boast about on their commercials. I will continue to shop there on a must need basis only but I know exactly what to expect when I walk through their doors ....NOTHING!!!

Ordered a refrigerator online 10/31. My product was supposed to be delivered 11/02 as of 11/05 still have not received product. Store says one thing, customer service says another. Talked with two different customer service individuals yesterday. The first one argued with me. I called back spoke with someone else. Informed me that this must all me a technical issue. After being on the phone for an hour she hung up on me. Do you think anyone has tried to contact me? No! I have talked to someone everyday and I'm just getting the runaround. Done with Lowe's!

Unfortunately I can't give less than a star. Customer service is a pain to deal with. I purchased online for convenience, but had to wait 20+ minutes to pick up an item I already paid for because no one knew what they were doing.

Very Pleasant people there. Never have had a bad experience. Always willing to help me load up heavy items and take it out to my car and load it up into it. Have lots of neat ideas of things I could do to my house. Very good selection of building materials appliances Lawn Equipment Etc.
