They do not honor their "returning customer" rates. Very unorganized. Said they would call back because they were busy...never heard from them. When you finally call them again and get an appointment scheduled, they do not show up. Waste of our time. Aside from that, the spiders disappeared for about 3 months. When we called them back for the follow-up, they wanted $120 instead of the $60 they had originally quoted. What a joke!

I was charged $80 for them to tell me I didn't have termites only to find out by myself that I did. Then we agreed on a price for treatment, but I couldn't get them to return my calls. Finally after I gave up they called back and raised the price. After we agreed to the higher price I set up a date to have the house treated, they never showed up and wouldn't return my calls.
