If I could give this 0 stars I would apparently you can't have a backpack with personal effects like your wallet or papers are such because if you're carrying a backpack they'll ask you to leave it outside however if you're a woman and it's your purse then they'll allow it

SMOKEY... always stink of smoke when leaving. Needs better ventilation. Not a very good bar for drinking as you can only get 1 drink every 30 minutes NO EXCEPTIONS. NO   matter how much you gamble in that 30 minutes.

Cool locals spot to chill. Dotty's has tons of perks with a loyalty card. I always feel welcomed and enjoy seeing folks from the neighborhood. Lots of new machines and they are always open. Bonus..great prices on cigarettes and Big Bic lighters are $1.00! See ya soon!

They more than everything that me and all of my friends wanted and needed to have a great and enjoyable time.. the food and drinks were fast and fresh. And the staff and crew are more than friendly and will help you out with any questions or concerns you might have. I also noticed that they have slightly cleaner and nicer restrooms.. but that's just my opinion or thought on that.. I guess..

Worst customer service ever. Explain why I have to wait 5 minutes to enter upon ringing the bell? And why are bicycle rims not allowed on your person at Dotty's, but walk into Albertsons to gamble and it's nothing. 12/27/2020 6pm on a Sunday. Thanks. A penny saved.

The Dotty's EMPLOYEE cashier" BMCCAFFR" is the cashier name on the receipt so sorry I don't remember his name , but he was fantastic from the time my friends and I walked in ,he went above and beyond the call of his duty . Thank you !

I usually come to this place to play and have fun, but unfortunately the the african American lady who work at night shift never been nice: she always on the phone does not clean the table on time nither behaved good. She does not know any customer service.

I like this one. Especially after midnight. The lady working is a great person. She takes no shorts and plays no games. Cut throat kinda but it is very important for her to be that way. She's great!

Staff is not very friendly if you are just going  in to buy cigarettes, sometimes will make you stand and wait at the counter for long period of time. The lady that's there usually when I come in has an attitude.

Used to be a regular customer. Some very good employees who I have gotten to know over the years. Until a few days ago, when I went inside to purchase some cigarette's, and this woman who I've never seen before tell's me she won't sell me any because "my car" is parked out front. It must be moved. Hmmmm, ok.. first off my friend dropped me off, and was waiting for me, second, never heard of such a policy, if it even exists, third, day time, fourth, even if it is a policy, she could have said so, she could have been much more clear, she could have even cared. I know one person isn't going to hurt their business, but from a customer service perspective, couldn't have been more rude. They lost my business, and will do my best to inform my friends not to visit this, or any other Dotty's.
