Great store. They take great care of their animals and also may sometimes take in some animals from other people. I have gave them some baby bunnies. But just remember this is a pet store and your animals could die from a sickness. It's not the pet stores fault.  Please do your research before buying. Glad that you tried to save all the animals when the old one burnt down. Very great staff and tons of different reptiles, birds, mammals. I'd give this a 10 star if it went that far.

I found every one to be very friendly and helpful and seemed to know there stock well. The only negative is I felt there prices were a little high. But would definitely  return.

Great selection, friendly staff and prices are good. The store is clean and parking is easy in and out.

The young man was so nice,kept asking if I needed help. I said nope but he was nice enough to carry out the last 2 bags of cat litter for me !! I so appreciated it!!

I have to edit my post. I went in therw to get crickets there were to gentlemen working and neither was friendly. They couldnt tell me how big the frogs they had get i asked them if the rats were friendly he adruptly said no there feeders and walked away and one of the rats escaped twice in 5 minutes. There cat treats were on sale for 2 for a dollar but looking at the experation date they expired over a year ago...i was less than thrilled with my visit.
