They screw you over when you buy fish. My friend went in and they charged him double price for three of the six fish he bought saying they were male not female even though they weren't. And when I bought two fish they rang them up as the wrong color so when they died 3 days later I went to return them and I couldn't because they were claiming they were the wrong color and not fish purchased at that store.

Unbelievable, I purchased an item and it was the wrong size for my pet and I returned to the store to simply ask for an even exchange of the exact same item, just wanted a different size and was told by the manager, she could not do it! I have never made a purchase in a store and was told they could not allow an even price and item exchange because I did not have a receipt. I will never frequent this particular Pet Supplies Plus Store again. I am sure other customers have exchanged items without this treatment. I even waited until,my credit card statement came in and asked the manager if I come bring it in to prove that I had in fact made the purchase of the item, she claimed it was against store policy to even allow this. I have called other Pet Supplies Plus Stores and they seem to have a more reasonable policy. I can't help but to wonder if it was because I am not from this country that the manager refused to allow me to make the even exchange but other Pet Supplies Plus Stores will.

Staff seams nice, place appears clean, not a big store but they have a decent variety of selection of food and supplies. The store is hidden on the far north side of Silver Lake Parkway on the far East side down from Buffalo Wild Wings. I have only been there a few times. I will update my review accordingly.

Love getting the coupons! Saves me a ton. Everyone is always so helpful too.

Always get in and out. Shelves are always stocked. Friendly wait staff too.  Very helpful with finding me a coupon.
