Love it here. Willing to fill special orders, bring things to my car if I need help, reach things for me, and offer advice on brands for food. Sometimes a little understaffed. Have lots of adoption events and ways to help get an animals vaccinated or see a vet. Have donation buckets for several adoption groups, and always have live pets to adopt.

The associates are great! Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Managed clearly does a great job with support and customer service. Selection and store cleanliness are great. Much better than the big box stores or other big pet stores. Highly recommend this store. Great for pets to go too and they help multiple rescues!

Great selection of products. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. The Redford brand of dog food that they carry is hands down the best that I have ever fed my dog.

I don't ever shop here. But I had to for the things I needed. Customer service was very good. I was greeted upon entry to the store. And an employee had stopped to answer all the many questions I had. He was very helpful & knowledgeable.

Love this store! No puppies from puppy Mills all are from local rescue. People are friendly and knowledgeable.
