It was my anniversary and I was a walk in.  In very short order I had a gorgeous arrangement. They were super helpful and I highly recommend them.

Spoke to Robin about sending flowers to a friend, told her the occasion and left the arrangement up to her. They are beautiful and she upgraded the vase without even saying anything!
I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I ordered flowers for my wife over the phone with this florist and ordered based off their website pictures. The flowers were to be delivered to her office as a surprise.  Of course, she was suprised, but when she brought them home I realized that the flowers were nothing like the description online and I couldn't believe what I got for my money. I could understand if it were NY or Valentine's Day.  It was about half the amount of flowers shown in the pic.  I decided to call the florist above to see if there had been a mistake in size ordered and she told me that the pics were just ideas and that the pictures on the website vary according to cost due to location of the florist  She mentioned that the website was just a guide of colors and wasn't their website but a national guide.  She said I got my money's worth in flowers but it didn't look like the pic at all.  I explained to her that I felt ripped off.  If you can't go to the florist and order I wouldn't waste your money here.
