Located in beautiful downtown Little Rock 2 blocks from the Arkansas State Capitol building. Proudly serving the Greater Little Rock area since 1950.

Story

We are a small, local, family-owned florist. The business was started in 1952 by my dad Walter Rummel and his wife Frances. After Frances died, dad met Golda Mae Dinger...they got married, I arrived a bit later. Mom really enjoyed running the flower shop, so dad retired, built a greenhouse and grew mum pots for us to sale at the shop...worked out very nicely for many years. Mom and dad are both gone, so now it is just me, a couple of my Aunts, and my Motley Crew of employees! We specialize in beautiful flowers! We love flowers, enjoy working with them and making people happy. It's a wonderful business.

Great experience! I ordered a floral delivery on Sunday for Valentine’s Day. When I placed the order online I accidentally selected the wrong date. I didn’t realize this until reading the confirmation page. Since the shop was closed Sunday I planned on calling first thing Monday morning. I was so pleasantly surprised when I recieved a call from the flower shop to check the date. They noticed that the Valentine’s message I sent did not align with the date I selected. For them to realize a mistake that was completely my fault and reach out to me outside of their normal business hours to correct was so impressive! I would consider this superior customer service! I will plan on ordering from them in the future. They were professional and I appreciated the extra effort they put in to ensure my delivery was correct. Thank you!

Walked in off the street needing a small "just because" for a friend going through a hard time. I really didn't want to spend a lot of money but I wanted something colorful and happy. I looked for a moment while one employee was in back working and one was on a business call. (She did acknowledge me and told me she would be with me ASAP) Both happened to become available so I explained what I was wanting. We went to the walk in fridge, so pretty. I was thinking just a few colorful flowers. Together we put together exactly what I wanted! 3 long stemmed Gerbera Daisy's wrapped in bright tissue paper with a gorgeous ribbon, for a little over $13. It looked as if I paid more. My friend LOVED them and now has something cheerful to look at and enjoy in her office everyday at work. I will DEFINITELY be back! The ladies were sweet knowledgeable, helpful and listened to me and what I wanted. I wasn't pushed to what THEY thought looked best or wanted, or needed to clear out of inventory! Lol

Wonderful place, so many gift items. Staff is so friendly. I recommend it to everyone. Flower arrangements are beautiful.

Valentine flowers were beautiful and very close to the online pic. The flowers I've received from Frances have always been fresh and aromatic so I did not hesitate to order online. And as expected, they did not disappoint!

These ladies always do a bang up job on their arrangements, Flowers are always fresh and last for at least a week after purchase. They've taken great care of me on short notice with no trouble. Special occasions or just because, Frances is the florist you want if you want superior quality at a fair price!
