The hotel was very nice and meets standard Hilton expectation. I am a huge Hilton fan and this was on par with a typical Hilton stay. The only reason for a downgrade and 3.5 star rating was, I was called at 3pm day of check in and told my suite I booked was not available as they were renovating. In their defense they made every effort to accommodate us and threw in a bunch of comps. They offered me a king room with a balcony at a severely discounted rate. The room was nice and clean. My biggest frustration was this was a known renovation and they could have given me ample notice, even just a day ahead rather than check in time day of. I was traveling from out of town and could have a had a better chance to plan accordingly.

Comfortable. Way over priced for amenities. Very limited TV channels. I guess they're considering location. I'm not overly impressed. Hilton can do better.

Excellent hotel to stay in and within close walking distance to downtown. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Customer service is great. The cookies are great.

The rooms here were clean and spacious. The hotel is situated close to downtown and has easy access to restaurants and shops. Nice pool. Wish there was WiFi without being a rewards member.

Great sized room with plenty of room to lounge out after a ski day. Hot tub felt great after a long day but was too hot and had too much chlorine. Pretty good value too and good location in the city
