The location is excellent. It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown, and it is located a cross the street from the park. The workout room is pretty small, but the equipment is decent and well maintained. The rooms are pretty small as well. They are comfortable, though. The Internet access is pretty typical. I did appreciate that the TVs were set up with Netflix, which allowed me to stream some favorite shows. The staff was very friendly and professional. In fact, I overheard a conversation between one of the front desk clerks and someone calling in to inquire about the reservation. He was very patient , answered the questions thoroughly, and was kind. I would definitely consider staying there again should my business bring me there.

The hotel was clean, and so was the room. The breakfast was hot as well. One gripe that I have is the pool and hot tub. Do not expect to use the pool for any sort of lap swimming. You might be able to get a single stroke before you hit the other side of the pool. As for the hot tub, it was basically out of commission. It said it would still be usable, but with no bubbles or warm temperature, it's really just a glorified kiddy pool. That being said, this hotel is within walking distance of many different locations. And that's hard to beat.

Quiet & clean. Very affordable and great staff. Much more helpful than must of the surrounding properties.

Stayed here on a business trip. Close to a major traffic artery but quiet. I won't comment on price as the trip was expensed.

We stay here on every visit to Bend. Has everything we need, especially the hot tub for those end of day relaxation moments. Being a walker, I just love that this is not too far and not too close from downtown and the Ale Trail or even Old Mill District. Will continue coming back here.
