I don't usually leave reviews but I have family in the area and this is our go to place. I'm just going to be real here. The prices are good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You need an extra blanket? They will provide. They do their best to clean everything. It's not their fault if you sleep in and don't get your room clean. Anyway the weekends during peak season are a bit loud but the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pretty quiet even with a lot of activity. Lots of posts about running out of hot water. This usually happens during peak season on a Sunday morning. Get up earlier and you'll be fine. This isn't a higher end hotel. You can pay more across the street. I appreciate the kindness of the staff. It's a good place on a budget. I will stay again this summer with family. This place is what it is. Plan accordingly. They are slowly renovating the rooms. I have stayed in updated and older rooms. It's worth considering. If I want a nice vacation experience I book higher end somewhere else. People need to realize that near Boston things are pricey. Stop crying.

The place is currently being renovated, but that should not be an excuse for safety procedures. I was in the ''Breakfast room'' when the toaster mulfunctioned and the slice of break got stuck and burnt resulting in a smoke filled room. All this while the fire alarm in the room did not go off. If this were an actual fire, then we would have been in a real danger. I felt very unsafe here.

Clean and welcoming, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning, yum. This is certainly the best.

This hotel is terrible. The front desk mixed up reservations so we walked into someone else’s room. The room they gave us did not have heat! When my husband took a shower he had wet paint all over his body because they did not allow ample time for the bathroom to dry. The room cards they gave us stopped working after when night, even though we had the room booked for two nights. There was a brown stain on the sheet of the bed. House keeping ignored our privacy tag on the door and woke us up at 7:30am. The window in the room was jammed open so we were forced to listen to the highway traffic the two days we stayed here. There were pink hairs all along the bathroom wall. Staying here was definitely NOT worth almost $200. If I could give it no stars I would.

The rooms are clean the bed is so so the pillow are awful , shower is hot . I stayed on the second floor to much noise. The entrance terrible it looks like housing people lives there ( I have nothing against people to live on motels ) but when you come in it looks real bad awful awful entrance and ugly. So I'll give two stars
