Fernando is such a great salesperson. He really helps you find what's best for you. I love my new baby already! They helped me, as a 1st time buyer and with less than the best credit. They have beautiful cars, they openly provide the carfax. It was overall an amazing experience.

I called at nine in the morning to make sure the Dodge Challenger 2014 was still there. As I was driving an hour to get there.  She assured me it was and even sent me a text with their address. I arrived and went to the main office it was empty. I then went around and found someone. Said I was there for the challenger. He said oh they don’t have any.  Excuse me. I just called. He said the system must not have updated online. Well I CALLED and she said it was there. He then says well we have lots of cars. No I wanted that one. The trucks I saw were so overpriced as I was walking out. 2011 for 24000 no thanks. They must post fake cars to get you in. So mad I wasted time and gas.

TRASH dealership! Called in and spoke with Erika at 10am. I saw an online add for a Dodge truck. Confirmed the stock number with Erika and that they had the truck on the lot. She stated I could come down and look at it. Let them know I would arrive at 12. Got to the dealership at 12:15.  I stood in the middle of the lot for five minutes waiting on a sales guy.....NOTHING. I finally found someone to help me and he confirmed....the truck is not there. ...they ''allegedly'' sold it yesterday....Lies! I read the reviews before I went in hopes this would not happen to me....well it did. Couldn't believe how they blatantly lied to me and wasted my time! I get what they are doing....Dirty sales tactics.  They simply lie to get you there in hopes you buy something else.....Steer clear of this place!

Horrible customer service!!! I called ahead to make sure they had the car I was looking for..."Erika" confirmed they DID had the car in the lot, to come in and ask for Mera... an hour and a half later my husband and I show up at the dealer just to find out they don't have the car "but they have a similar one" that needs new tires, has been in two accidents and needs repairs...😤😤😤!!! All the cars, are junk!!, broken windshields, flat tires, ripped and tore up seats. 
A sales persons tells my husband that online sales price is for "cash purchase only".
They could of have mentioned that or not lied about having the car there...we drove 45 miles to test drive the car and all we got was a frustrated drive back home.

So I was recommended to get a car here from a friend who had a good experience. Me on the other hand was completely ripped off. They told me they would fix the door locks (electrical system), detail the inside, new tires and hub caps, fix check engine light etc. I came back as they told me to but the mechanic was NEVER there. I would call and speak with the manager before I came and drove 1 hour and it took them 2 weeks for them to just LOOK at the car. Then when I got upset and told them I was tired of them playing games and giving me the run around they said that they couldn’t fix it anymore because it’s was past the 24th and all the work was suppose to be done by then. So they made me wait so they didn’t have to fix anything. They were rude and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They will screw you over!
