People actually ask me for the name of my dentist. Dr. Brooks and his staff are the best, the most professional and competent, but most of all extremely kind and considerate. So far I have always got the appointment I needed. The price is fair and they have seamlessly worked with my insurance. Everyone I know has appreciated the referral to Dr. Brooks. My Mom and brother have been patients for decades and I finally came around some years ago. I am so happy I switched to Dr. Brooks.

My parents and myself have also been with Dr. Brooks for over 30 years. A great dental team always feel safe going to the office for treatment. You do not feel that you have to worry about what needs to be done. I am now retired and have HMO ins. and hate the fact that i can not continue to see Dr. Brooks. Last week went to new dentist and right off the bat he said i had bad everything need deep cleaning etc. This is the sad part to many dentist go only after the money very sad. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I've never been so disappointed. I found this place not far from my house and saw the good ratings on Yelp. How deceiving. I booked my appointment online and received a follow-up phone call saying that day was not available. Then I was told it would be an entire month and a half before I could get an appointment. What's the point of offering bookings online if the dates aren't going to be available? ...finally, I get my teeth cleaned. Not your average cleaning though - it took what seemed like 25mins and she was done. She told me my cleaning would take a lot of work and I would need to come back a couple more times. My insurance only covers cleanings once every 6months, and I told her I didn't want to pay out of pocket for a service that my insurance covers. I was upset. She didn't clean my teeth right the first time and then she wanted me to come back for a second cleaning that my insurance wouldn't cover. Oh but it gets better!!! I needed to get fills so I went back and after a week I noticed pain in my back tooth. I mentioned it to the dentist and he seemed to make up a story of why it might feel that way. The fills were never corrected. And now I have to pay out of pocket for a job that's not even done correctly...$236 for each tooth!!! On top of $105 for the second cleaning because they didn't do it right the first time. I'm covered by PPO I spoke to my Insurance and was told they can not charge over $59 for cleaning and $164 for filling. I went into the office and spoke to the office manager, asking her if she could explain why my bill was $386. Her response "Oh here's and updated one." Why am I now getting an updated statement? At the bottom of the paper I saw they are charging me a 30day late fee $5.41. WHY!!? I just got your statement two days ago in the mail and her poor excuse was "Oh that's how the mail is sent." No it doesn't take 30days for me to receive my November statement. Plus the date on the envelope was stamped December 6th ha-ha you basically just lied to my face and tried to blame the mail people for not delivering it on time. COME ON!!!! You can keep my $5.41 late fee charge. Basically, you can't just own up to your mistakes. I was able to get my bill down to $182 and I shouldn't have even paid for that!! You know how many people would have just paid without questioning a $386 bill. Sad you take advantage of people like that. SHADY! When you aren't honest in life and people can't trust you, why would anyone want to come back for your services? In my 27years of going to the dentist I have never come across anything like this, not how I conduct business. I should have stayed with my original dentist. Lesson learned. My husband and I won't be back.

I am the biggest coward. Deep cleaning and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The care and patience I was given was what I needed. Long overdue going to and finding a dentist which I am comfortable with. So glad I found Dr. Brooks' office. I am still a coward but its a mental thing. I would definitely recommend this dentist office. I didn't feel like they were money gougers -- seen this before and wanted to avoid that type of dental office. No more bleeding gums. I am a teeth person. Love my teeth.

I have been a patient of Dr Brooks for more ten 20 years. During this time he and his staff have treated me both professionally and as part of their family. I am pleased with my dental health to this day and look forward to more happy years with these professionals!
