Horrible service. Be aware of the rip off copy charges of your own dental record when you switch out from this office. We had to paid a $270.00 for our family record. The law allows them to charge 25 cents per page and a "reasonable labor charge" for making the copies. Our family record has a total of 44 pages and the labor charge was $259 to making the 44 copies. When I called to ask if it was possible to lower the labor charge I was told that they set their standard charge and their office charge a reasonable $45 per person charge regardless of the number of pages. I assume the 44 pages took 20 minutes or less to finish, which makes the office clerk a equivalent of $900 hourly pay, which is reasonable clerical cost according to their office? What kind of office can reasonably justify that? It is shameful to make money this way.

Dr. Marvizi has been my dentist for more than 20 years and has always provided me with outstanding dental care and advice. He has also become one of my very best friends.

I've been going to Dr's Rayhan & Marvizi for 3 years, and have gotten great care. I have very sensitive teeth & gums and a painful jaw, and they are always careful and kind with me, especially through the process of getting a few teeth crowned. 3 months ago I had a 'deep cleaning' to address some early periodontal disease (deepening pockets, gum irritation & bleeding). I've had one deep cleaning before, 2 or 3 yrs prior, and my gums improved after, but I still had some areas of deep pockets. At the suggestion of the hygeinist & Dr., I purchased a Waterpik flosser- I got a travel one on Amazon- and used it every night before bed for the last 3 months, along with my usual brush & floss. At my last cleaning 2 wks ago I had the easiest cleaning ever, much less plaque, and the best gum health I've had in over 10 years, no areas of concern. So I'm totally into the Waterpik water flosser, go get one!

ROBBERS! Worst experience! Allow me to share with you how Dr. Marvizi’s office STOLE FROM ME, MISTREATED ME AND FAILED to provide proper and acceptable dental care. I was in the middle of my Invisalign treatment when life relocated me to another state. Dr. Marvizi’s group was incredibly accommodating at the time, and willing to help me transition into a dental office of their choice and recommendation in my new city. My case didn’t proceed according to the expectations and I needed a refinement, which it had already been billed to my case, a $4,500 case. To my surprise, once I went into the new dental office, I learned Dr. Marvizi’s group declined to share my treatment info with them as well as the remaining funding I had built, in case a refinement was needed. Dr. Marvizi just pocketed that money and pretty much left me completely exposed and without the ability to finish my treatment. I started communicating with Dr. Marvizi’s group back in May 2015, and it took them until September last year to tell me that they weren’t willing to assist me. During those four months, the new dental office, the Invisalign customer service rep and I made unlimited phone calls in order to try finding a resolution; left numerous voicemails that were never returned. In fact, to show you how frustrating and ridiculous this situation got, the office at Dr. Marvizi wouldn’t pick up my calls when my caller ID was shown, but if I were to call a minute later from a different phone number or blocked caller ID, they would automatically pick up. AKA THEY WERE DITCHING ME and PLAYING WITH MY HEALTH, as I have been wearing the same last tray since May, 2015. In Sept. when they finally told me they were not going to help me, I asked them to then ship my retainers (which all along I was told I get the first set of retainers free of additional charge). They took down my address and said it would take 2 to 3 weeks for them to receive them and ship them my way. Well the end of November came around, and I hadn’t received anything. I decided to call back, and yet again they wouldn’t pick up so I left a voicemail and asked to be called back. Did they call you? Well, neither they called me. I returned to the blocking ID process, and guess what, THEY ANSWERED. Apparently, now I have to pay for my retainers if I want them, because NOW the retainers weren’t part of my plan. After multiple calls, in February I got to speak to the nurse that used to treat me, and to my surprise, she was like “no, we will help you and find you an office in Portland that can help you finish your treatment. Let me find one for you and talk to our office manager.” I continued to call and the office manager picked up, ask me to be on hold for a second, and then left me holding for 1:44 HOURS. They went back to not returning my voicemails, or answering my calls, so after 14 months of dealing with this, I’ve decided to go ahead and make a complain. It has been the most frustrating and costly process I have ever been in. I don’t know how these people call themselves doctors. They definitely do not care about your health, their only purpose is money, to a point they are willing to STEAL IT FROM YOU in an amazing fashion. My outcome from this situation, a $4500 debt in my bank account, a smile that isn’t as beautiful as what I paid for and promised, and the mistreatment and lies from their staff.
