Always a great experience! My teeth are getting straighter each day. Really like Dr. Desh and the team of assistants. She is very thorough and explains each phase of the process. The front desk girls are awesome too! So glad I found them.

I came in to get my wisdom teeth removed back in June 7 they told me they would put the order out to see who accepts it.  4 to 6 weeks of wait time is what the front desk lady told me. It's been 1 month and 3 weeks and I haven't got a call or a update. I had to call myself and I was told I was denied for idk what reason when I spoke with my insurance provider before going to western dental and I was told I am coverd for a 4 tooth extractions. When I asked why I was denyied the lady responded she didn't know why that she would have to call to see why. I asked why haven't I been updated or got a call stating I'm denied and she simply replied that there short staff in the front and what not..
Even if there short staff does not mean they have to do a half *** job I mean it's not like there busy. Once inside I seen a young lady eating hot cheetos and laphing with there coworkers. I seen they for my self how "busy " and professional they where. Dont come here and waste your time.

Today i had a visit with Tam for a deep cleaning i am a new patient for this Western Dental on Atlantic in Long Beach. I really liked the way she treated me as a patient, she made sure to ask me if i was ok at all times, very nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable with her. I will definetly request to see her again. The staff is also very nice. Great service.

It's so difficult to find someone to trust to be in my mouth. They put a silver filling in and now my bite feels uneven and very uncomfortable. They tried to fix it but couldn't. I also spent over $300 for a cleaning that was very rough and rushed since there was only one dentist that day. I was there for 4 hours and still charged an insane amount of money on top of poor quality work done in my mouth. I am not happy.

I really don't appreciate the fact that even though I have an appointment, I always have to wait, every single time! What the hell do I make an appointment time for?
