ABOVE EXCEPTIONAL!! Dr. Douoguih, his medical team, and office staff are all very caring, professional, knowledgeable and sincere. They are punctual, accountable and kind. Dr. Douoguih performed arthroscopic surgery on my knee 2 years ago and promised that if I followed his orders I would regain full access to my physically active lifestyle. I am happy to say I am back to running 10 miles a day with no problem or concerns with my knee. The scaring is even fading to non-existent. The thing I respected the most was the courtesy of having each member of the surgical team introduce themselves to me and my family, personally, prior to surgery. Dr. Douoguih ensured that I knew everyone by name and face before I was wheeled to the ER room. My family and I had an opportunity to ask all the questions I needed. Post surgery, I immediately entered physical therapy. Although I was worked very hard, but not above my limitations, Dr. Douoguih respected my analysis of my own recovery in his review of my return to work status. Don't get me wrong he did not pad anything, but he did inquire, test, and evaluate my capabilities against my employer's work requirements to determine if I could truly effectively return to work. Kudos to you Dr. Douoguih, your medical team and staff. Pam & Jessica, you are the best support team I've ever met.
