This is a wonderful practice that I recommend very highly. Dr. Shah is extremely kind, professional, and super-competent. I have felt very well cared for both medically and personally. All of the office staff seem to have taken a kindness pill. They are uniformly friendly and welcoming. That is not always so common these days in busy medical offices. It is very much appreciated!

I saw Dr. Clinch at the DC office. My initial visit, all my follow-up visits have been great, with all my questions answered, and the supporting staff is great at their jobs. The actual cataract surgery in MD was GREAT. Absolutely no problems, and Dr. Clinch and the staff at the surgery center have very good bedside manner (considering they're putting a laser to your eye!) All the pre-op scheduling for the surgery can be a little intense, but Jon Aguielera pretty much hand-held me through that whole process. All in all, definitely a 5-star office that I would recommend to any friend.

I was seen promptly. The office staff was very helpful. Dr. Lucky and her assistant took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions.

1st visit. Reception friendly and helpful. Wonderful, courteous and warm care from technician. Doctor seems to provide good care.

Great experience with Dr. Clinch and the rest of the staff! They got me through a complicated appointment and scheduled all follow-ups quickly and answered all my questions.
