I drive past two other LA Fitness gyms to go to this one. It's never overly crowded, has a ton of free weights, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the people who work out here are nice and actually put their weights up when they're done. 

I don't understand the negative reviews about cleanliness... I'm here most days of the week and it's always spotless with one or two employees cleaning throughout the day. I do wish they had a basketball court but this is still my favorite gym.

Staff will fall all over themselves to set up a membership, but avoid phone calls and have limited/flaky hours for the SINGLE employee that is authorized to terminate memberships. Unfortunately one bad experience out ranks all other positives for this gym! We moved to Parks & Rec. Not as nice, but at least they won’t hassle me when I want to terminate! Was told it was policy and all gyms are like this! Not an excuse! Just bad customer service and the staff is not trained in service recovery so they aren’t helpful!

I have used this local since it opened. The facility is very clean and equipment is well maintained. Love the classes especially spin classes. Operations staff always helpfully. One of the best LA fitness locations even without pool and jacuzzi. The staff team works hard in keeping the gym neat and clean at all times.

I've been attending this gym for over two years now. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The management and staff is courteous, friendly and goes the extra mile if you need help. I would highly recommend.

Not reliable in keeping open hours. Bathrooms always dirty. Not worth the money they charge for a dirty facilities with no amenities
