Best Car Buying Experience Ever.

Winnie is an excellent sales person.  We never felt any pressure to buy anything other than what we wanted and Winnie went out of her way to make us happy.  We custom ordered our truck from Dow Lewis and everyone from Sales, Financing, and General Manager made us feel welcome.  They even invited us to take part in their Christmas Pot Luck.  Great Tamales and Great Service.  What else could you ask for?

Unfortunately my subsequent interaction with the service department was unprofessional at best.  I had to call the owner to finally get any kind of response from them.

I found another great dealership. After getting my car last year my wife asked if I could find her a good dealership to get her a new GMC Acadia from (she already knew the car just needed a place to buy it). A family friend recommended Dow Lewis and we couldn't be more satisfied. The entire process was smooth and effortless. It was the shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership and it felt like they treated us like we were they only people in the showroom. If you're looking for a new car its definitely worth the drive out! Go Hillmen

Great service. Cheryl Krajcar helped us find just what we were looking for. She is the internet director who went online and helped us build exactly what we were looking for in a 2500 HD at the factory. She kept us in the loop regarding when it was built, shipped and arrived. She had the paperwork completed and all we had to do was sign and drive out. This was the best and easiest vehicle purchase we have ever had. Just delighted to have worked with Cheryl and recommend her to everyone looking for a great experience buying a vehicle.
