I went into this store today for the first time hoping to get some cute clothes. The store was not busy when I walked in, probably 2 customers & at least 4 salesgirls. I walked in & started browsing. The girl who walked in behind me got a very friendly greeting, salesgirls were walking around asking the other customers if they needed help..everyone but me. I walked around for approximately 10 minutes, not one hello, not one can I help you, nothing! Talk about feeling like Pretty Woman!..Cash & credit card in hand but no one offered to help :( Needless to say, I just walked out of the store...I will try the Provo store tomorrow..hopefully they will want my money.

This place has chairs for the poor husbands who would give anything to sit out the entire downeast trip. My wife loves this place though.

Absurd return policies discourage shoppers. Don't waste your time. You can't purchase online and return to the store and get a refund.

Cute clothes here! I like the styles they have at DownEast. They tend to be a little more expensive (for me anyway), however, they do sometimes have sales. The Classic tee is great for layering, and some of my favorite tops are from DownEast!
