I went to a different target to try to get a shelf, but it was out of stock. When I called this target to see if they had it, the lady was super nice on the phone, and they had the item I needed. Thank you!

When I removed a food product from a top shelf, a blob of dust came down with it. I used the restroom and was appalled at how dirty it was. There were splashes on the walls! The service at the store is fine, but it needs attention.

I do have to admit, the interior of the store is fairly dark with very little natural lighting. The store itself is poorly laid out and outdated. Customer service is great though, and they have great prices sometimes through the cartwheel app. I have loved target for years now (my personal favorite being in Bellevue, WI) but this one makes Shopko look great unfortunatly(and that's saying something). Avoid going here if you're looking for anything automotive, the department itself is embarrassingly small. This target is suitable, but not exceptional.

I live in Lehi so I come to this Target frequently. It has always been outdated but it has become increasingly run down and dirty in the past year. I was there today and was disgusted by the floors in the cafe. The counters were sticky. They were only selling popcorn and soda for some reason. There were paper cups strewn across the floors. The cashier looked like she hated her life. The shoe section was a hot mess. There were boxes and shoes all over the floor. Management here needs to step up. I love Target but I will no longer be shopping at this location. The Target in Orem is clean and bright and AWESOME. It's well worth the drive.

I love target, but this specific one is my last resort. It's really small, and the branding is super outdated (relative to other Target stores) so I feel like I'm shopping in the 90s. If you have the time, go to Orem instead. I wish they would update this one!
