Messed up service. Always doing maintenance and making the customer get shuttle busses. Even with today's accident, which happened by the morning, it's afternoon and got us THREE hours to make the commute back to home (Boston to Braintree), which usually takes about half an hour.

Downtown crossing is one of the most amazing places in Boston where it is the center of the city. You can get all your life needs in one block . there are too many clothes stores overthere like MyCIS ,TJMAX ,,MARSHALL. Also, there are too many food places. You can also walk around park street where there are too many trees and flower around the park . there is also a theatre where you can watch the modest movies in the world. You can also see the highskys of Boston big buildings .like the prudential which is the highest building in Boston.

Last time I went there was for a new Charle card the Charle card store moved its location from the back bay to downtown crossing which is really hard to do now,I hope the mbta can move this to north station it would be more better for persons as myself who can get lost mixed up,hope this can be shared to the mbta too!

Downtown crossing makes me think of classic Subway stations from decades past. Located in a very bustling area
