Some eateries available but I don't remember a place to buy snacks and water. Definitely not as nice as a train station in Europe.. Great location in the city. 15 minute walk from hotel in Cambridge. No problems/delay catching the train to Brunswick, it was announced and posted on the board.

So.. Because it is a public place, the bathrooms can be really filthy. The staff is super friendly though! Always enjoyed interacting with the staff! Courteous and helpful.

Waited for a train to Brunswick that was supposed to leave at 6:15. Train was never announced and left with the only other option being a 10:30 train to Portland. For a station that announces every train, this is a significant failure.

Always seem to be able to entertain by way of the hustle and bustle of humanity. Even though I know trains can be slow, I travel the commute to work every other week, and I sneak a peak, to see if there's someone new with interest & desires for what I seek.

Very helpful Staff here! Clear signs that indicate the trains to board, a human announcer at the station announces the train line time of departure and the track number to board, also the signs next to the track door giving you full details of the train you are boarding. For your convenience, there are restrooms, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts a small Bedstand Convenience Store and more. Beware, to catch the Green Line and Orange Line, you need to cross Causeway Street. 1 year ago there used to be an area you could access it, going below the street to avoid crossing it. All trains run appropriately from 5AM to 1AM on a Daily cycle.
