Terrible service. I ordered a Romio's burger for takeout. I had to wait 30 minutes before it was ready. I checked, and there was only a single patty. I told the service person that I paid for two. She checked with the chef who said it would be a while to cook another patty. She asked what I wanted to do. I said I wanted a refund since I already had to wait 30 minutes and still didn't get what I wanted. She then tried to negotiate with me, offering me a free juice. Wow. I said no, I expected a refund. She went back to check with the manager who came back with another compromise offer: half off. Goodness gracious, I already got half of what I ordered, and by that time the burger was cold. That's a concession? Out of frustration and hunger, I finally took the "deal" and left. Good customer service, like Amazon, would never try to negotiate with a customer like that; Amazon would make it right. I'll never go back there. Is saving $6.72 really worth a bad review like this? Penny wise and pound foolish.

Food was good and the server was wonderful. They have a huge gluten free menu with items you can't get many other places. It was great for a quick, casual meal before a show at the Paramount.

Great service, and a fantastic meatball sandwich (great French bread and excellent flavor in both meatballs and sauce). The 12” sandwich is huge too! Great portion

This place was excellent! Wait staff was very nice and took care of our entire family. The pizza crust is great, crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Eggplant parmesan was one of the best I've had. The sauce was homemade and very tasty. They even brought out a pitcher of hot water for our baby bottle. Would definitely come back!

Great place, visiting on vacation from roch ny so we know good pizza. Our food arrived quickly, pizza was delicious  (pep and pineapple on half, olives and pep on other) and it was fantastic. A little pricey but worth it!
