Wonderful food but the service is a complete shitshow. Waited at the counter for 10 min with the woman who works there stood 5 feet away. She was really busy running back and forth, she looked straight at me a few times without even acknowledging me or saying a word. Finally she says "How can I help you?" and as I'm about to answer she then addresses another customer on the side of me on an unrelated matter. Worst customer service ever and this employee should not be the face of their business. Either stick her in back, away from customers or cut the kite string and can her.

I drive for Uber Eats. I got a request to pick up 2 separate orders. The drive to get there was 15 minutes. When I get to the location, I can't find it. It is 6pm on New Years Eve. I drive around for a few minutes. I decide to go over to the Value Village and LOW AND BEHOLD...THERE IT IS... WITH THEIR SIGN TURNED OFF. I walk into the place and told them I couldn't find the place because their sign is off. I tell the woman that I am picking up two orders for Uber. She then askes who (the names) I'm picking up. I give her the names and she begins to fuss with the Uber tablet. She then turns to a man and starts yelling at him in her language. The orders have been sitting in their Q for over 30 mi utes and they didn't notice them. The pizza oven wasn't even on!!!! I asked if the orders were ready and she told me to wait a minute and she continued to yell at the man. As an Uber delivery driver, we don't get paid to stand and wait while a food establishment pulls their head out of their @$$ to service their paying customers. Restruants have the orders 15 minutes before a delivery driver is notified. So... I canceled the orders. I wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes while they make the 2 orders. I can see why they have low ratings.

The people who work here have AWFUL. Attitudes. Save yourself time and never eat at this place. It's not worth it at all. They know nothing about customer service, and are very rude.

Don't know what all of the negativity is about here - I just get large pepperoni pizzas here, nothing special, and they're fantastic! Loaded with cheese and not too much sauce like lots of other places. They're fairly pricey but I think it's worth it. Also good to support local businesses in Redmond, with so many of them closing!

I bought an extra large pizza that was half of a premium and half pineapple and sausage. They charge the price of a whole premium and when it got here it was less than a third of the premium and almost all of the less expensive pineapple and sausage. When I called the russian lady was rude about it and told me there is nothing they can do to make this right. All I really wanted was for them to know and maybe do a small credit. They lost my business for good and I recommend not dealing with that lady if you can help it. Horrible customer service for something that should not have been that big of a deal.
