Beyond disappointed with the customer service. I've been working in the restaurant business since I was 14 and the way the girls act is ridiculous. Every single time I go in there's girls leaning against the counter or machines doing nothing when tables are dirty and I'm sure there's more to do. Or they're in a circle gossping. Actually gossiping. Tonight though I was extra disappointed when I ordered and I was confused about the lava cake. Instead of informing it wasn't a blizzard and an actual lava cake with an ice cream I was looked at like I was stupid and not informed there was a difference. Really wish DQ would step up their class and get their employees a run down on proper service and edict.

Wonderful food, staff and experience. This place is ALWAYS busy, but it is because the food and the ambiance it worth the wait!!

Waited in the drive thru for a while. Finally got to place my order. Asked for three items. Was not given a total. Got to the window. Paid and got my change. Got the blizzard and one cone I ordered. When I asked where my other cone was it was like she didn't understand the words that were spoken. She asked well you didn't have the blizzard then. Told her yes I did and the cone she already gave me, but that I had ordered another cone. She looked at the screen and said well we didn't put that down. She didn't try to make it right or anything. I just don't understand how hard it is to punch a couple buttons on a register and have it pop up on a screen. Read that screen, complete the order and have quality customer service. I just just said fine then, forget about it and drove off. Will be a while before I try to go there again.

We ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches, a crispy chicken sandwich without tomato. Instead we got two grilled chicken sandwiches, one without tomato. Very dissapointed....now one of us doesn't have a sandwich.

These clowns can't seem to figure out how to put peanut butter in a royal blizzard instead of fudge... I suppose it's just too darn complicated!
