1st they shorted us by 4 pieces of xtra crispy BREASTS!...when we found our shortage, the clerk said they were out of chicken and it would be 16 minutes. Well it turned out to be 30 minutes! The clerk was taking orders for chicken that WAS NOT fried yet as they were STILL out of chicken!!! We went back up to the counter and had to ask for our 4 pieces that we were shorted, she kept telling us it will be up soon! When we FINALLY got our 4 pieces, there were 3 wings and 1 breast! In our original order we were not only short 4 pieces, we had 4 wings and 2 breasts, (We had ordered all white to begin with) NY this time I WAS NOT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Went back to the counter and told her and it was then that we finally got the correct amount of chicken after waiting 45 minutes!!! So out of a 10 piece bucket, we ended up with 4 breasts and 6 wings and after.paying extra... NOT TO MENTION THE LOBBY FLOOR WAS SO GREASY THAT YOU HAD TO BE CAREFUL HOW YOU WALKED, THEY MUST HAVE USED A GREASY MOP FROM THE KITCHEN ...GROSSSSSS! WE are NEVER going back there again!

Fasted to go food on the planet, I hardly had finished putting in my order and it was on the counter in a bag. Hot, A&W is a combined restaurant in this building so twice the variety. Definitely will return

One star is generous. Waited almost a half hour for an order of corn dogs, fries and a drink. May not seem that long but I was going to be late for an appointment. By the way, I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. To make matters worse, they couldn't/ wouldn't refund my money because there was no manager there, only a shift supervisor. Sadly I was not the only one suffering with their ineptitude. There were at least 5 other customers that had to wait at least as long as I did. I will be going back; to see if I can get my money back. It was only $4.99, but they don't deserve to be rewarded even that small amount for their poor service.

Been here three different times. Each time food is cold and dry. Service sucks. Wouldn't bother wasting your money.
