We ordered a meal for our family of 3 on Friday. We got a kids meal and 2 ultimate baskets with rings and order of ff. About 1/2 way through our meal we realize that our burgers are not right. They are not ultimate. They are missing a patty and bacon on both. I take them to the front, the guys says he's so sorry, they have a new cook and they will remake them..I return to our table. Then the "mamager" comes up with a bag and says that they will only give us 2 cheese burgers "made like ultimates" as they were half eaten. I said that's not what we ordered as as they were clearly not ultimate that they should honor what we ordered. She said that is what the gm said to give us, she was very rude, and told us to take them or nothing. We asked to speak with the gm and she said they weren't in the store, so we asked her to call, which she refused and said she would not let us call. Her customer service was non-existent and since they could clearly see the mistake was on their part, they should be made it right! I will never return to this store!!!

Stopped inside to get a dipped cone, which was very good. The employees were both prompt and polite. Sadly the inside was filthy and poorly maintained. The franchisee should take pride in ownership and clean the place up. It's not the kind of place that you would want to seat your family at for dinner or dessert.

Came through drive through a few days ago and order a few items, I received the best customer service I received there in a long time the young lady with the green hair was very kind, she repeated my order back to me and even cracked a few jokes with me. I hope you guys keep her around it can do your business some good. The young ladies that have been working the window are very unprofessional and rush me out the window EACH Time. Very happy to see that this young lady is working with you guys. I definitely see a team leader in the young lady.

Can’t even make a blizzard correctly, my M&M blizzard comes melted and our cheesecake & cookie-dough blizzard is just vanilla ice-cream! Everyone who works there surely doesn’t deserve minimum wage, let alone deserve a job. Fire them all.

On Wednesday May 30th I brought my grandsons in for their first ice cream cones.I was very dissapointed. First the woman taking the order acted as if I was bothering her , I ordered 2 children’s cones with sprinkles, we got a squat lil cone with maybe 10 sprinkles on top , not even the signature curl on top. I ordered a medium chocolate cone ,dippped in chocolate,again a short squat ,no swirl or curl on top,the dip was so thin you could see the ice cream underneath. We had to wipe the table down before we could sit down. Wipe out high chair before putting my 1.5 year old in it. There was dried up ice cream/food inside the light fixture ,sticky floor under table, the cake display doors was filthy. Clearly not one employee working this day cared about their store ,customers,or job.
