This IHOP is one of the best ones I have ever been to. The customer service is excellent. The server was very nice and went out of her way to ensure our experience was extraordinary. All the servers seem to really enjoy their job and they were so kind to each other. I will definitely be back!

Do not pay with debit or credit cards. They will charge you an extra $3.50. Even if you tip in cash. Service was good but they steal money from your card. I signed for 17.01 was charged 20.41. I tipped 3 bucks cash never again forget all IHOPs greedy company.

The service was good. Waiter was very good at making sure i had fresh Ice Water. Food took alittle longer then i feel it should of, for how little the place was filled...........when the food did finally arrive..... Granted it was a Sunday.. It was hot, & exactly how we ordered it

I worked 8 hours today. It took over an hour to get from Federal Way to Tacoma. I helped move a thousand pounds of flooring material and unwrapped them for acclimation. We were so ready to eat. Yes, the nearby IHOP was to close at 10 PM - I knew that too. It was 9:20 when we walked into an empty restaurant. This is how I was greeted "You do realize we close at ten?" "I can seat you if you will be done by ten." Really? I had to leave. I could not guarantee I would be done eating and relaxing by ten. ☹️

It's going to be a long time before I eat here again. Even though the service was great, and got my food within 5-10 minutes, (which raised my inner red flag for a few seconds). I ended up with nausea, stomach cramps and the squirts 4 hours later. It's still going on after 2 hours. NOT COOL! Either old food was served to me or someone failed to wash their filthy hands after using the restroom. I should've listened to my husband earlier when he suggested Sheri's.
