DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Ordered a Fathers Day Blizzard cake a week ahead of time, for a small celebration. When I arrived to pick it up - no cake. No one could find the order. They wanted my receipt (which was for a debit and wouldn't have told them anything anyway) and made NO effort to "make it right." Celebration ruined. I had to go back with my bank statement to show the debit to get a refund. It was very poorly handled. Update: Here at noon on a hot Sunday. They are OUT of chocolate ice cream!! I remain underwhelmed by this DQ.

Open pretty late for a DQ drive threw open tell midnight during the summer (not sure if that is weekends only or everyday) inside is open tell 11.

Customer service was awesome today - the young guy at the front counter at least. 4 stars because the wait was long and it seems like there should be more than one register open when the line is literally out the door:( Still a classic ice cream stop!

I freaking love the brownie. I always want the brownie. Is soooo good. The thing about this DQ is their hours do not seem consistent. It says they're open til 10 almost everyday on the drive thru window, however I've seen them close as early as 8pm. Super irritating when I want my dang brownie.
