As many have stated, this store absolutely needs new ownership/staff/cleaning supplies. Went for a cake and found that the display freezer had 6 cakes total. Two of which appeared gooey on top. Yep, there old! This was my first and last visit. Fortunately, on the web this location is part of a larger group. Unfortunately, a quick search will reveal almost every store listed on their site has horrible reviews. Corporate needs to do some housecleaning. Start with this location first.

As soon as I walked in I was told they were out of ice cream. I don't even know how a Dairy Queen can manage to be out of ice cream on a really nice Saturday when people will come just for ice cream. That should have been a sign to leave then and there. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple Cheeseburger and never even received it. I ended up leaving because there was no sign they were even trying to make it happen. While I was waiting a worker went into the middle of the dining area and announced that it wasn't his fault orders were being screwed up, it was because of all the new people. Very professional, also amazing because I never a saw a complete order make it out to any customers waiting for dine in. Right before I left, what looked like some form of manager came in (in plain clothes and an attitude), delivered ice cream for their machines, and helped take orders for customers in line but made no effort to help anyone waiting for their orders.

This place does not even deserve the star that I'm giving it we had to wait 45 minutes for our food and we only got it after we went up to the counter and asked them for it. And their excuse was that they thought they'd sent it out already. And that there was someone back there who didn't know how to make it. The employees were too busy taking care of their own food and their own drinks and when they were getting off than taking customers orders and making their food. Until this place gets better management or better employees do NOT go here. If anyone else is had a bad experience I would suggest complaining to the Dairy Queen Corporation to help resolve the issue.

Attempted to look up hours online yet their website did not have anything posted. Google stated they were open until 9:30 pm. Drove to the location, arriving at 8:53 pm. Drive thru sign was dark. Proceeded to the window to find a couple associates chatting and one on a cell phone. Second time in two days I have attempted to get a blizzard only to find the locations closed.

We have been here twice, live downtown and drive here. Both times service absolutely horrible. About 5 cars in the drive through and takes 20 minutes to get a blizzard. 2nd time we went inside and the guy made someones order who came in after. The Yardhouse across the street is probably a better option.
