Ordered a sandwich, was relatively fast. Had everything I ordered correct, but the #12 did not have any turkey on it. It did have double cheese though, i think. The soda had no ice either, kinda weird, but makes sense. Odd experience, but It was still good, but no meat..

Wanted to get two sandwiches 30 minutes before they closed, so I decided to order online to make things easier on their employees when they're getting ready to close for the night. When I arrived 8 minutes later to the empty store, they hadn't "seen" the order yet (isn't that your job?) and proceeded to prepare the sandwiches at a slow pace.  Even though there were two employees on the food line and one other customer, it took nearly 5 minutes to get my food. On top of this, their attitudes did not match those of someone who is sorry or wants to remedy the bad service I had already received. Did not meet Jimmy John's standards, I get a sandwich faster with a packed store than an empty one. Felt like they did not care at all about my time or their service. Really disappointed with this experience.

One thing that is common at all jimmy johns is the staff is always nice and friendly. Not at this location. Two times in a row they gave me someone else's order, and then ran after me to get it back. I do recommend Jimmy Johns, not the west end location though. Staff is rude and puts no effort in.

I really like Jimmy John's but I had a bad experience at this one. They gave me the wrong order (not a huge deal but I'm vegetarian so most other sandwiches don't work). When I called to get the correct order they didn't ask for any payment or tell me the price so I assumed that they were just replacing it without charging me. When the delivery person arrived he then asked for cash which I didn't have on hand. I'm not terribly angry about the mistake or needing to pay for the second sandwich but I do think that the handling of the situation was poor and reflects poorly on the service at this store.

First of all, I think the food sucks but I undwrstand that it is not for everybody. This one star review is due to the customer service. The worst. Expect very rude employees if you cone or or get delivery by them. I have given them a few chances but I have had enough. If you like Jimmy Johns, try the location on Excelsior. Much, much better.
