The people were nice but they forgot to put in our order so we had to wait another 20 minutes for our sandwich but she gave me a coupon for a blizzard and a cheeseburger free so they were nice about it but it was ridiculous how long it took before they realize that they didn't give us the sandwich

Not prepared for big crowds. Cashier very slow and had trouble hearing what you were ordering. The food was good. Ice cream food. Over all nice place.

While the ice cream was typical Dairy Queen, a bit over sweet for me but great for my daughter, the store was dirty and out of the five employees who were there only one seemed to be actually working. The others were talking & gossiping loudly. And cussing. In front of my four year old. I will never go back.

Ordered a large Oreo blizzard with extra Oreos and they put almost no Oreos in the blizzard. At the time it seemed like they were fairly busy and running into some sort of issue, so perhaps this was just a small mistake. Accidents do happen.

Stood at the counter while the manager walked around us....three times...not so much as a hello...or get lost. So we got out of there.
