The staff was very immature and not professional at all. The manager was even encouraging their behavior. Most of our food was old and just put back in the dryer so it tasted burnt. And they locked the doors at 9pm when the sign says they are open until 10pm. I would wait a few weeks before going there again, at least until these employees get cycled out. From the way they were talking I don't think it will be too long.

I have had too many bad experiences with service and food quality at this place to even begin.  I really enjoy the food this franchise puts out at good locations.  However, this location is poorly run, and the customer service for complaints falls on deaf ears.

I have been kicked out of the dining room after ordering and an hour before closing because of some strange cleanup rule.  Of course, they took my money before telling me about this.

I have received cold fries.  I have been told they can't break a $50 on 2 dinners.  I have been told they can't honor the text deals you have to sign up for.  I have been called by the manager and told to come back and they'd comp my meal.  The manager wasn't there when she said she would be.

When you call the regional manager, there's always a new one.  This franchisee is in disarray.  Find somewhere else to eat Long John's.

Staff is great as long as they're hired right and food is good as long as the cooks doing in his job

The food was great for a fast food place and the staff was so very friendly! I would recommend a visit here anytime!

Waited ten minutes in drive up with only one other car. Girl at window told me what was in the bag. It wasn't what I ordered so I told her to forget it. I didn't have time to try again. Could not seem to have her understand the order. Tried four times to call. On fourth time finally spoke to a manager that spent her time trying to tell me I was wrong. 
I try to support local places but the manager sure didn't care so I won't be going back!
