This is mine and my husband's third time there. We have not had good service one time.  None of our food was prepared probably, our salads came out before our drinks,a bug in our water. My steak was overcooked twice. When asking to speak to the manager, she took almost ten minutes to come to our table. The manager was young and rude and clearly not interested that we had terrible service. She couldn't even comp the meal. All that was done was my steak that never came out right was taken off our bill. Was very unimpressed with Management and service. The waitress at least was nice even though everything that came out was wrong. Needless to say is this establishment will not receive our business again.

Place was clean, but we were seated for about 10 minutes before order was taken because nobody told the waitress we'd been seated.  Waited 30 minutes. Then waitress comes and apologizes again because they forgot to put our order in.

Table sticky even after we asked to have it wiped down again.  Inside tea glasses you could see they were dirty - asked for different drink glasses.  Saw table rag dropped to floor after waitress threw it toward a chair & no one bothered to pick it up for at least 30 min.  When they did, they put it on the ramp hand rail that leads to the bathrooms. Next person will pick it up & use on table not knowing it was on floor.  Food was just warm we when got it 30 min after we ordered. I had half rack ribs/baked potato,  husband ordered Southwest steak salad/baked potato.   I think they were short staffed & lacking kitchen help. Not our problem.  Waitress didn't ask how our food was & didn't ask if we wanted drink refills until we were almost done with meal.   We won't be back for a long time.  This was on Sunday, 6/4.  We arrived at 6:45 pm

Wife and I consistently enjoy coming here, but staff turnover seems high. Food is good quality. Five or six taps, several bottle beer varieties. The bartenders are always friendly and helpful. This is our go-to "nice" bar.

This is the first review I've ever given and never needed to until now. Good food, but service was terrible. She took our ordered, and after that, never saw her again. Was brought our food by a different waitress, afterwards until the check was brought to us, no one came to fill our drinks or asked us if we needed anything else. Will not be coming back.
