Save yourself go somewhere else. The doctor is as polite as anyone can be when they hate their life. The doctor has no bedside manor. When I went in for surgery 1 right before he put me under I asked how long till I’m pain free his response was you’ll never be pain free. Today you tell me this!?! My mother asked for him to speak with her after surgery, simple request that he couldn’t be bothered with. His staff is absolutely horrible. If he got a brand new staff he may re earn my business. His staff is the worst. They shred documents, they don’t fill out important paperwork. They charge you for documentation. I almost lost my job because they couldn’t be bothered with filling out FMLA paperwork. After the surger I got a second opinion. The first opinion was get away from that doctor! Save yourself don’t see him.

This Doctor was horrible!!! If you value your health do not see him! I am in the process of reporting him to the state. Catheterization is a sterile procedure as your urinary tract is a sterile body cavity. He cathed me using the nonsterile gloves on the counter! Not only that he lacerated my labia minora in the process. I'm kicking myself not not taking pictures! He wanted to schedule a procedure on on me where I would be under sedation. If he does not use sterile technique while I am awake I can only imagine what he does while patients are sedated!! Please be careful ad Dr. Schneider does not have morals or compassion. Also, his staff seems to be terrified of him. The front desk lady apologised for his arrogance and lack of empathy. I told her it's okay, I won't be back. There is much more. Just beware.

This office deserves 0 stars, why? b/c Susan one of the front office staff, won't take your insurance info a verify prior to appointment. She will say "We don't take that HMO ." When you call you insurance provider they will say the doctor takes the plan. They basically are lazy and deny patient care by having these practices. My friend had cancer and was attempting a follow up but couldn't even get an appointment because her along w/ other office staff refuse to do their job. The doctor should evaluate the need of employees who cannot verify benefits with an insurance carrier.

My previous Urologist retired so I received a recommendation to see Dr. Schneider. As customer service is paramount to me, and after reading the reviews, I will not be going to see Dr. Schneider. Apparently, he doesn't mind having a staff that can't seem to get along with his patients. It is unacceptable to say the least.

Dr.was wonderful and was very pleased. His office help is rude and his nurses need to get a personality. I am really thinking of changing dr. No reason for there attitude when so many people are looking for employment.
