Dr. Rodriguez was very difficult to get ahold of outside of a scheduled appointment. I called the office and asked for a simple request. The receptionist said she would have the doctor call me back...well he never did! Additionally, Dr. Rodriguez referred me to specialists who were also very difficult to get ahold of. I was able to make a scheduled consultation appointment with the surgeon, but when it came to actually scheduling the operation, the surgeon (Dr. Alfredo Fernandez) would never call me back either! I called his office 3 different times to schedule my surgery and all 3 times the receptionists said they would have the doctor call me when he was not with a patient...well that never happened either! Ha, what a joke these doctors are! If you are fine with only receiving care through scheduled appointments, you may be okay with Dr. Rodriguez, but if you ever need to get in touch with him outside of an appointment time, please go to another doctor because you will not be a priority!
