Best Dentist EVER! Dr. Love is so very aptly named. She is a beautiful person, both inside and out. I first met her back in the 1980's when she had an office in downtown Portland. She retired several years ago to a beautiful spot near Newberg where she still maintains a much more relaxed practice in a specially appointed mobile dentistry unit near her house. When I called to make an urgent appointment I asked if I could bring my small dog along with me. Not only did she agree to see me the same day, she let me hold my little dachshund in my lap while she worked on my teeth! After the work was done, we chatted for at least half an hour, sharing experiences and enjoying one another's company. It was by far the most pleasant dental experience of my life, and cost less than 1/3 what comparable service would have been in town. I maintain, however, that truly comparable service would be impossible to find at any price!
