I'm writing about his assistants answering the phones and making appointments. Her name apparently is Christie. We were asked about a medical check-up on our grandmother who needs a medical letter to extend her visa in US. I contacted his office and this young woman picked up the phone.

She first didn't ask if my grandmother is a new patient. Then she asked whether grandmother has insurance. Sure, Non immigrants have insurance everyday, it's normal! She said, we don't just see a patient and write a letter. She doesn't have insurance I don't see how see could pay for our service.

(So you have never seen a patient who can cash, am I correct?)

Then she went further and asked medical history. This person talked so much compared to the previous doctors' offices I've called. 

Talking about rude and making decisions for your doctor. 

Not worthy to see the doctor with an unhelpful assistant in the front.
