If I could rate it lower I would. Worst customer service. Canceled two appointment instead of calling me they let me drive up there. I quit, found a new doctor. Gives Integris a bad name.

3 times I have been there. EVERY time has been a fiasco with Dr, (and I use the term ONLY because he has the letters by his name),Nyguen. First time was for clogged eustacian tube. I was sent to a specialist had t-tube put in ear drum. Had to go back 2 days later for an extremely painful ear infection. They made a incision in my eardrum with 2 year old fluid behind it and DID NOT give any antibiotics to stay off infection. That was at the oteological clinic with Integris. He might have forgot to write a prescription because he was to busy showing off to a young man who was in medical school. Second time I went was for a small infection on the inside of my right thigh. He sends me to get a ultrasound done on my testicles at Integris on 44th and western to check for a hernia. 3rd time, next day I go back to office and hes says yes, its an abscess, I was like. No kidding? I told you that the first day. Then he proceeds to give me a small shot of antibiotics and prescription for antibiotics and pain pills. says come back Mon. the 27th of Jan. That night the pain was so intense from the abscess I had to go to the ER where they did the right thing, local, lance, drain, irrigate, pack. All he seemed worried about was getting as much money from my insurance as he could. 650.00 for an unneeded ultrasound. If a trained physician cant tell the difference between a abscess and a hernia by hand, he really needs to find another job.
