The customer service on the phone is terrible

I have been taking my son to Riverside Pediatric Group since my son was born and it has been the best pediatric office that I have been to. There is always a doctor on call, the office is open 7 days a week and the doctors and staff are awesome. I have no complaints at all and I recommend everyone to go. I have never heard a pediatrician being available 24/7, as a mom I love the office.

My kids doctors since 2003. This place turned out to be a hospital not a family doctor.  Doctor's and staff treat you way too friendly takes away the professional and the purpose of my unfortunate visit.  The front desk will treat you like a non- educated parent who does not know how your own medical insurance works.  The doctors will not bother to check your type of insurance before they request in-site testing before you know it the insurance did not cover not even half of those charges.  Doctor Baker medical reputation has kept me coming back but I just figure that his schedule is never open according to his facility staff.  Yes as of April 2012 I believe I am better taking my kids to a clinic in the hospital at least they will take me seriously.
