If you are a parent who wishes to be involved in your teens treatment and recovery process, run as far away as you possibly can from this place. They shut me out from day one. No one even bothered to return any of my calls. My child never saw a psychiatrist even though I was promised she would see one within 3 days. They gave her a TB test and she never saw the Dr. again to even check it. They claimed they have a full schedule of groups and therapy. My child watched Netflix in the common room all day. The only phone call I got from these people was after she was discharged without my knowledge. I brought my child to these people with the hopes of getting her the help she needs. They kept her basically locked up for 22 days and then released her without even calling either of her parents. What treatment program is 22 days? But being that she is 19, they claim they had no legal responsibility to contact us. How about a moral responsibility?? It seems this program is primarily used for people coming out of prison or going through drug court. Do yourself a favor and find a real treatment facility for your loved one; one that knows the importance of family support and involvement for recovery.

The integrity house in jersey city is a joke people walk in there to hangout its like a social club. People walk in there with someone elses urine to pass the drug test.. Dont recommend this for anyone who wants real help.

The staff seams professional but not many know what Addition really is.The place combines Drug Dealers from court and Addits who are trying to recover(Where is Gov Christy 's great reform on helping addits get into GOOD rehabs to start?)As nice as the Councilor could be there are no programs of recovery at this rehab.Nothing to stimulate and keep the ones who want to recover here.Then trying to get into half way houses(Whitch once again Christy said all through the newspapers )takes MONTHS and long drawn out getting funding.The hope of the recovering Addit is nil.The doctors blame everything on the Drug but even though the person has been off and their demeanor and depression is there ,They are concidered as being normal????When you try to tell the Staff/doctors there is mental history in the family they ignore it and blame the drugs?Trying to get answers from the team is a joke ,but not to the parent who wants to know where their child is,Did he leave in the depressed stage he was on Friday or stayed.Its not a hard question but I have emailed 3Councilors called his councilor Lindsey and also left message for the Director Mr Smith and 3 days later I don't know if my son is there or dead in the streets!This is not The way to help people who are Sick and the Parents suffering and Hoping their child will get the Right Care they need.
