In the past month my husband has needed urgent care, I have been in twice for illness and 2 of my grandchildren have been diagnosed with ear and throat infections. Dr. Cruikshank and her staff provide excellent, courteous and compassionate care. I feel so blessed to have her and the rest of her staff as my caregivers. We have been patients for over 20 years!

Been going here since 1992. Yes the office wait is sometimes a bit on the long side. The checkin is super easy, you just sign a piece of paper. Don't know how that could be less than a 5*. The front desk is friendly and answers all your questions. The building is not the finest state of the art but that's how they keep the fees down, and yes they work with all types of insurance and will even help you find one. The medical staff is super. The aids are friendly and get you ready and the medical staff is very experienced and go well out of their way to get whatever you need done. If there is ever a question Dr Cruickshank's vast experience can cover virtually every case. Have no intention of ever going elsewhere.

The doctor is substandard and the office is abominal. There is always a wait and the staff is downright incompetent. I have an active complaint case against this staff with St. Vincent's risk management due to an incorrect bill and the staff screaming at and hanging up on me. I've been told the staff behavior issues have been addressed but I continue to have billing problems and the doctor flat refuses to speak to me to address the issue.

Dr. Cruikshank's office was most helpful with my daughter. She was home from college but only for the weekend. The office staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the issue we had. The nurse that took us back was very pleasant and mindful of the situation. She put my daughters mind at ease and made the entire situation more comfortable.Dr. Cruikshank was thorough in her explanations and sensitive to her age. I so appreciate this office staff and the Dr for helping us even on a Saturday during the emergency morning hours.
