Apparently unprofessionalism is a common trait among receptionists nowadays. I wanted to switch obstetricians in order to deliver at a hospital closer to me. I called for three weeks leaving messages, trying to make an appointment. After never calling me back, I finally reached someone over the phone on the fourth week. She rudely told me I was too far along and abruptly hung up. This office wasted a month of my time.

I called by phone and I wanted to make an appointment with adu but adu was not seeing new patients until June. This receptionist was extremely rude! She hung up on me when I asked if she had any recommendations for a doctor that will be accepting new patients before may! Unbelievable!

I called to set up an appointment receptionist very rude . I would not recommend to go to the faculty if there rude over the phone imagine in person.
