There is no one to answer the phone during business hours. It is only answering service but no one answers and no way to leave a message either for days. I have been calling for the last 5 days trying to cancel an appointment. The reason I tried to cancel my appointment was when I first saw Dr. Joseph after an initial thyroid condition diagnose, I was not able to get any reasonable information. The most answer I received was "I do not know exactly" or "It is hard to say". I have since found a very good end who is willing to patiently answer questions and providing good care. The fact how their phone not even working properly and there is no way to change/cancel your appointment just shows you how much they really "care".

They never answer the phone. The open at 9 am and yet don't answer until 10.

We have been going to Dr. Joseph for years and he remains our family doctor. The level of attention he provides is truly remarkable in today's day and age. He is personable, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for his patients. Each time we pay a visit to his office he always does his best to spend an adequate amount with us. Often going above and beyond answering and explaining each question we have along the way. We are truly grateful to Dr. Joseph and appreciate his personalized approach to medicine. Thanks for all that you do!

Do not go to this doctor if you have type one diabetes. The doctor does not discuss and work with you as a team, he simply changes your insulin regimen without telling you why or what he is doing. In one instance, I heard another patient saying he was tired after he ate and Dr. Joseph said he didn't know why. (Everyone who's had diabetes for a long time knows it's because your blood sugar is too high.) His is also not up to date on the latest technology and is still prescribing blood drawing for hemoglobin a1c. (This can be done with a finger prick.) He also does not understand that type one diabetes is covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Not a patient advocate and not up to date on the latest treatments for type 1.

Dr. Joseph was instrumental in diagnosing and treating my condition. He offered surgical options and followed up with post-op procedures. I've been coming to his office for many years and cannot say enough positive things about his office personnel, and I specifically want to complement Dr. Joseph's wonderful personality that makes dealing with my condition a lot easier.
