Excellent experience with Dr. Neitzel ! He was very thorough and professional! Dr. Neitzel is very knowledgeable! The facility was amazing. I have had two appointments and both times time was managed efficiently!

The visit was fine and Dr. Neitzel is friendly, competent and professional. Carle Hospital on the other hand failed miserably. I was in the office visit for a total of 7 minutes and had about 6 to 8 pre-malignant spots frozen off from my upper body. The total cost .... $1,310.00. Thats over $150/minute plus the cost of nitrogen. The physicians bill was reasonable at $460.00. The Carle Foundation Hospital bill was $$$$ 870.00 $$$$........ for 7 minutes in the facility. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
